Uh oh... launch failure...

Monday, September 11, 2006

No, I am not talking about the space shuttle, I am talking about my poor computer which currently sits non-functional in my room. See, I install the new motherboard and processor which went fine, but apparently my power supply does not have a necessary 4-pin connector for the motherboard... So when I first started up my computer, some things got power (CPU, Network Card, Side Case Fan) while everything else didn't (Graphics Card, Hard Drives, Optical Drives, etc.). So now I have a potentially awesome computer in my room, which won't really start.... sigh.... I am also quite annoyed at XoticPC (the vendor from which I got my computer) because they told me the motherboard would work fine with my PSU... ARGH! So, since I have no computer of my own at the moment, posting will have to temporarily decreased (I only have so much time at my mom's computer). But I'll be back... with a super speedy computer!!! So don't drop that RSS feed just yet!
