Disable all the Shotcuts for Media Playback in System > Settings > Hotkeys in your UbuntuSo, I went under System -> Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts, and disable all the shortcuts by pressing backspace. I booted up Amarok, set my media keys and... IT WORKED! A billion times thanks to Boni again. This is what I love about Linux, people helping people. I love it! Now to listen to some music with my functioning hotkeys.
